before returning the item(s), then we will provide you with the correct
data and a return form.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and WITH the
completed return form and in perfect condition.
The return is at the expense of the customer.
Customers outside of Europe (e.g. UK, Switzerland…) should send returns
with a track & trace code to make customs easier and less expensive.
Also, if wrong items have been shipped, please contact us immediately.
We will ship the correct items and refund the additional shipping costs
incurred.
Returned items will be processed (refunded) on Tuesday.
