returns + refunds
Changed your mind? No worries.
You’ve got 14 days to withdraw from your order, no reason needed — whether it hasn’t shipped yet or it’s already arrived at your door. Just click “Withdraw from this order” below, or drop us a line at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll take it from there.
We’ll confirm we’ve got your request, and:
- If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and get your refund sorted, no questions asked.
- If it’s already shipped, we’ll send you everything you need: return form included, to make sending it back as painless as possible 😉
A few things we need in order to accept a return:
- The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- The completed return form must be included in the package with the returned goods
- Items must be in perfect, unwashed, unused condition and tags still attached
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
If you’re returning from outside Europe (UK, Switzerland, etc.), please organise your own shipping and kindly share the track and trace code with us, this will make customs much easier and cheaper on your end.
Please note: SALE items under -100 EUR cannot be returned
If you received the wrong item, just let us know straight away and we’ll send the correct one and refund any extra shipping costs you’ve had to cover.
Refunds for returned items are processed every Tuesday.
