MARKETING + CONTENT COORDINATOR

Full-Time
Location: Antwerp, Belgium

The Role

This is a full-time, in-house position for someone who lives and breathes content; someone who doesn’t need to be told twice, who spots an opportunity before anyone else does, and who takes real ownership of our digital presence across both the main collection, Sea Me Happy and our childrenswear line, Sea Mini Happy.

You’ll be working closely with the founders, PR and the design team, sitting at the intersection of creative vision and execution. You won’t just post; you’ll plan, build, pitch ideas, brief collaborators, and think six months ahead so the rest of the team doesn’t have to. You will be taking feedback and direction from our founder, Noémie. It is her vision and ideas we will need your help to bring to life as well as adding your own ideas.

What You’ll Do

  1. Build and maintain a rolling content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest for both Sea Me Happy and Sea Mini Happy; reels, campaigns, seasonal drops, anniversary milestones, limited editions, and popup concepts; surfaced to the team proactively, with enough runway to actually do something with them; while also being ready to jump on trends in the moment, while they’re still relevant
  1. Flag upcoming brand moments to the full team (design, founders, PR) at least 6–12 months out; if it belongs in the plan, it’s in the plan early. Coordinate with PR on press moments, events, and media opportunities, actively contributing ideas and not just logistics
  1. Conceptualise and create original content that reflects the brand’s visual language for both collections, adapted to each audience; shooting, directing, and editing short-form video (Reels, TikToks) with a confident eye for what gets clicks and holds attention.
  1. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut, with strong knowledge of trending audio and how to navigate business account limitations creatively.
  1. Bring ideas for content formats and platforms we haven’t fully explored; Pinterest included; and find a way to make them work within our resources, and yours, where relevant.
  1. Grow the Sea Mini account into a real audience that converts to newsletter sign-ups and long-term brand loyalty; develop a strategy with PR to grow the newsletter from the ground up, using socials as the funnel.
  1. Understand both communities; parents shopping for children and adults shopping for themselves. Engage authentically across platforms through comments, DMs, and influencer relationships, and keep a log of who posts and who doesn’t when we gift items.
  1. Proactively pitch brand activation concepts; popups, limited edition capsules from bestsellers, collaborative moments; sky’s the limit when brainstorming; but always find ways to make creative ideas realistic.
  1. Take ideas from concept to brief so the design team can engage without being pulled off their main work; help PR think creatively and execute press events, partnerships, and storytelling opportunities.
  1. Know how to present a large collection with intention; giving proper visibility to best sellers while surfacing lesser-known pieces that deserve the spotlight.
  1. Work with existing campaign footage and photography from our destination shoots; Bangkok, Morocco, Jamaica, and others; and know how to make that content work across platforms and formats.
  1. Come with a clear content strategy and the ability to adapt it; knowing not just what to post, but why, when, and how it all connects.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing; ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or a creative brand context.

• A portfolio that shows real work: content you conceived, produced, and grew; including video edits, campaign planning, and measurable results.

• Near-native English is essential. Our socials are entirely in English and the quality of writing, tone, and communication is non-negotiable.

• Based in Antwerp; this is an in-person role, we are unable to accommodate remote working.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.

• Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest; how they work, how they’re changing, and how to use them strategically for a brand with two distinct lines.

• Strong instincts around trending audio and the realities of business account limitations on these platforms.

• Someone who plans ahead, communicates clearly, and keeps the whole team informed without being asked. Keeps up to date with the Google Calendar and Slack.

• A self-starter who takes ownership; you won’t be micromanaged, and you won’t need to be.

You might be a great fit if you

• Have pitched and executed a brand activation or popup before
• Have grown a small account from scratch (>1000 followers)
• Have worked alongside or in support of a PR function
• Understand the pace and constraints of a small, design-led brand
• Have your own kit, ideas, and network that you bring to the table
